Windows NT to windows 98 upgrade problems: HELP?

Chances are that the drive is formated with NTFS which you can't install Windows 98 on. You will have to use a program like Darik's boot and nuke (a href="http://www.dban.com)" rel="nofollow"http://www.dban.com)/a to wipe the drive clean. Then you boot up using a Windows 98 boot floppy and choose startup computer with CD-ROM support. Use fdisk to create a new Fat32 partition. After rebooting when prompted you can format the drive and install Windows 98.
