[Ramadan] Female prostration during salah?

well, how i've learned to prostrate is to be closed up tight, not to have your bottom in the air, i learned that you should be so tightly closed that nothing should be able to get through you, that is how my mother does it and my father does it more openly. i'm female and i prostrate tightly closed. kinda like being in a little ball... hope this helps... :D
