Ramadan is vanilla extract halal?

Wa alaikum salam. Vanila extract is brought from the fruits of vanilla plantation so it is halal although there is a small alcohol in it.Alcohol or khamar is haram if it is drank so much which will make the related drinker drunk so he/she could not remember when he/she should make a mandatory prayer and what he/she should recite during praying
