2011 Topps Heritage Cards?

I bought a lot of 13ea 2011 Chipper Jones Heritage cards recently on Ebay, upon receiving them, they all seem to have 2 parallel lines running vertically down each card that seem to be a flaw from the factory. They look sort of like long narrow bubbles rather than creases.Anyone seen these sort of flaws before?
