I have a history of very high B/P and take meds for that but last night it dropped to 62/37?

i take hyzarr 100/25. i did call my doctor this morning they told me to cut the pills in half and they dont seem to be concerned that i have these spastic moments. my question is could i have been having a mini stoke because i have been very sluggish today and have to think about what i want to say?
