Can someone please tell me what this means since the grading system in canada is different than malaysia?

Would that be with reference to A levels? I don't know ... you should give them a ring or send them an email. Usually they have a page with grade requirements for international students. Also, does your school have a careers advisor? I would suggest you go over to him/her for some further advice.
