Leaving for Brazil next week and have a few questions?

My wife and I would like to go snorkeling, jet skiing, eat at a few nice restaurants and go clubbing in Rio. How much would you guess it would cost for these events and do you know of any cool clubs in Rio or beaches? DO they have beaches in Sao Paulo? Would it be cheaper to do the jet skiing and snorkeling somewhere other than Rio?
