Would I be able to work or volunteer at the Bird Supply of NH?

I'm 15 in October, and I love animals. I've owned birds and I have a lovebird right now that I take very good care of. I love working with birds and they are one of my favorite creatures. I go to the bird supply a lot to get things for my bird, and I always look at the birds and talk to them and yesterday I played with a baby macaw. I always ask questions and bond quite easily with the workers there. I asked my mom how old I would have to be to work or volunteer, so she told me to email them, so I did. They haven't responded yet, but I want some input on what people think. Would you know of an age or experience I should have? Thanks!
