PCLinuxOS 2007 KDE 3.5.9. lost window decorations....?

If you installed it right the first time - Linux itself in its own partition - just reinstall that partition. If not, now's the time to learn how to install Linux properly, so if you have to reinstall again you don't lose anything but Linux itself.
