Geneisis question??

god made adam out of dust, and then made eve from a spare rib (no sweet and sour was available for dipping!!). So if eve was made out of adam, would that have meant that adam was effectivley having with a clone of himself (allbeit a female clone) meaning that cain and able would have been inbred before even having to have with eve to create the rest of the human race? (as there is no mention to the rest of the human race appearing before then)??
