I suspect your knowledge of functioning of Indian Institute of self governance. H D Devegowda is nobody as far as Karnataka Government is concerned. He has no bussiness writting to Governor of Karnataka. He is SYlock of Indian politics. He is destined to perish without a trace. I disliked this man right from the day he betrayed a Gentle man politician of India, Rama Krishna Hegde. I am enjoying his restlessness. Ha ha ha ha
