What would you do if you saw a person getting beat up?

It depends on many different variables. Yet, if I was the only one around, and I heard the person crying for help. I would take my chances, and hopefully catch the ailant off guard, and if he's a big guy I will try and get a powerful punch in and hopefully knocking him out.
