Whats going on with me?

About a month ago I started getting really intense abdominal cramps & when they would start up id have to go to the bathroom to poop.. then usually after I was done pooping the pain stopped. About two weeks ago I started getting nauseous along with my cramps. Last wk I decided to go to the dr he said I had pinworms & gave me meds to treat myself my husband and my 2 yr old. He told me I should feel better by Friday of last wk. Well I went all wkend feeling bad.. so yesterday I went to the dr again & he gave me meds for anxiety & spastic colon. I also went to the er last wk and they did an abdominal ultrasound & bloodwork..all normal. I've also been horribly constipated for the last wk or so and the dr told me to get fiber one cereal for that. Any ideas what was going on??
