What is the movie with fighting kangaroo's?

I can't really remember much about it except that the Kangaroo's were like a gang? Kind of like ... T.M.N.T. I think the Kangaroo's lived underground. They wore bandanna's on their heads. I know the main character besides the Kangaroo's was a boy.
