I want to start a charity to get kids fishing but it seems a daunting task?

i want to start a charity to take children from low income family's or with behavioural problems and autistic kids fishing. when i was growing up i was fortunate that i had a neighbour that went fishing and one day he offered to take me and mind the pun i was hooked from day 1,The thing is that my mum or dad could not afford to buy me any fishing tackle nor could they take me but my neighbour provided me with some old tackle and took me every other weekend.The point im making is that if it was not for the charitable nature of my neighbour i would of never of had the opportunity to try such a great p time at such an early impressionable age.I think that every child should be offered that opportunity and i want to offer as many as i can that chance to go fishing.i want my charity to provide the tackle and transport and the fishing knowledge to kids i want to go round youth clubs and learning centres and offer this service( which i would like to do for free) and get as many kids as i can on the bank of there local fisheries. So any advice anyone can give on starting a charity or any kind of guidance i would greatly appreciate thanks ian
