What is the difference between the attack chopper killstreak and the harrier strike in Modern Warfare 2?

What are the features, differences, and which one is better. I've been using attack chopper because I think it spreads over the map more and it also has flares but I haven't gotten many kills with it so I wanted to know which one is better.
