What are the chances of me getting accepted into a good UC?

I'd have to agree with John D, if the 3.55 is your weighted UC GPA, the schools you list are reaches. There would be almost no chance at UCLA or SD and a very small chance at UCI and UCD. UCR, UCM and maybe UCSC would be possible.
