This question is for Honda specialists?

I need to get my 98 civic coupe maintenanced and have been calling around different shops and they all seem to have different services and pricing. My cars at 90K and the only problems that I have been experiencing are the radiator/pipe leaks coolant, the alignment is off, startup takes a little "oomph," the sparkplugs need replacing and the timing belt (I think) squeaks a little. My boyfriend can check fluids, change oil, check lights and all that small stuff so I don't want to pay for that crap I can do myself. But what are the necessities by list that I really need, and the pricing? Thanks for any help.
